Head - Operations and store Designing
Aakash Dipak serves as the Director – Operations at Tea Heist and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and standardized operations across all outlets. With strong hands-on experience in operational management and interior design execution, he brings a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics to the brand.
He possesses extensive knowledge of café and retail operations, including workflow planning, vendor coordination, equipment placement, and store readiness. His expertise in interior designing and outlet layout planning ensures that every Tea Heist store is visually appealing, space-efficient, and aligned with the brand’s identity while also supporting operational efficiency.
At Tea Heist, Aakash Dipak is responsible for end-to-end operational execution, covering store design approvals, interior implementation, site coordination, timeline management, and operational setup. He works closely with franchise partners to ensure that each outlet is delivered as per brand standards, within defined timelines and budgets.

Head – Supply Chain
Ganesh Devidas serves as the Head – Supply Chain at Tea Heist and brings extensive experience in tea raw materials sourcing and supply chain management. With in-depth knowledge of tea leaves, blends, and allied raw materials, he plays a vital role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and reliability that define the Tea Heist experience.
His expertise spans procurement planning, vendor development, quality assurance, inventory management, and logistics coordination. Having worked closely with tea producers and suppliers, Ganesh Devidas possesses a strong understanding of tea grading, sourcing standards, seasonal variations, and quality control processes, ensuring that only the best raw materials are used across all Tea Heist outlets.
At Tea Heist, he is responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing of tea raw materials, consumables, packaging, and equipment coordination. He ensures uninterrupted supply to franchise locations while optimizing costs and maintaining strict quality benchmarks.
